The process to register for the Chimney Springs Website is simple and straight-forward but has a few steps that need to happen before you are completely online.  Instructions are present both on the web pages you see and in the email you get along the way so you'll know what to do and what comes next in the process.  This way you wont get lost!

First, you will be asked for the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Username
  3. E-mail Address
  4. Password - please note this is case sensitive, so check your caps lock key!
  5. Verify Password Again - This is done to ensure spelling and avoid a password getting created that you don't remember.

Next, an email will be sent to your email account to verify the email address is correct, and ensure its a real person not a web-bot attempting to gain access to the site.  This email address is also used to send an email to you in the event you forget your password and need to have it reset.  This email will contain a link that will allow you to set a new password.

After your email is verified, an email will be sent to the webmaster who will verify you are a CS Homeowner or family member.  Registration is closed to the public, which is why this step is necessary.

Once you are verified, you will have access to the website!  This process can take a few days, so please be patient as we will get to your request as soon as we can.

Things to note:

  • If you are having password issues, it probably best to reset it using the "Forgot your password?" link under the login section.  This will enable you to quickly get back online.
  • It's still not required to have an account to view anything on the website currently.  If you are asked to login when you click on something, its more than likely an area still under construction or a broken link.  Let me know about the broken stuff, so I can quickly get them fixed!
  • Please send all questions,"bugs", and ideas to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Thanks!
